As an Entrepreneur he founded and built a US subsidiary for a French firm in Enterprise Software Output Management. Assisted in presentations and discussions with French Venture Capital firms that encapsulated 3 rounds for a total of $17mm. He also founded, built and sold his own firm in the Document Management and Manufacturing vertical. Consulting experience includes advisement on an attempted $100mm buyout of a Publicly Listed firm, International Print firms; Market Advisory and Research firm; Financial Print Firm Best Practices and BPR, Lead Generation firm, Bain Capital, Equity Group Investments, Ziff Brothers Investments, Friess Associates. European Content Management, BPM/Workflow and SAP enablement firm on strategy and execution for the North American Market; developing and implementing SaaS (software as a service). As a manager he was the President of US Operations for an English firm in the output management software space. He has managed Business Development for two software firms and started his business career excelling in Sales for Moore Business Forms, where we won numerous awards for sales performance and consistently maintained the highest margins. His knowledge base is in Document Manufacturing, Distributorship Operations, Software Technologies, Customer Communication Technologies, Content Management, Workflow and Venture Capital and Private Equity. Education consists of the equivalent of an Associate Degree in Marketing from Hofstra University, Aeronautical Science courses at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; accepted academically to Boston University, numerous sales and management training classes.
