How we do it.The Roadmap survey process requires a real desire for accurate and measurable information that can provide the metrics upon which you can base your planning and growth strategies, and a means for measuring your success. We have worked with business owners and management team members to collaboratively design a series of up to 32 question statements that will be electronically presented online to both your internal and external clients. They will be asked to confidentially respond to each item two times, first, entering their opinion about how important each item is to them from: Extremely Important; Very Important; Important; Somewhat Important; to, Not Important, and second, entering their opinion about how often each item actually exists in this organization from: Always; Usually; Sometimes; Rarely; to, Never. Once the data is collected, along with some demographic information, we then analyze the data and identify the trends and issues that become a powerfully informative tool for you to utilize in planning for business growth and improvement. We can then help you to see where there might be alignment challenges, leadership development needs, resource reallocation, personnel development challenges, client experience needs and opportunities, customer service shortfalls and the like. Our proprietary process can include a printed quarterly report provided for you to learn and track how and where you may want to improve. An additional option is a facilitated half-day work session with management to explore and support the interpretation of the data, and to help you identify the 20 percenters that will give you 80 percent of the results. You then have the option of asking us to work with you to plan the strategies and support their implementation that will address your identified priorities. | |
