What you get.Following each survey the management team will have a bound, printed Roadmap that will show you exactly what you need to do to improve your business and your clients’ experience, with priorities selection facilitated by us, if you choose. This will be a needs assessment comprised of a series of graphing reports in easy-to-read bar-graph formats by category, region, percentage of market share, type of product or service, traveler or local resident client, or most other sorts of your choosing. Also included are corresponding category detail reports that will reveal the raw data including frequency distributions, importance, actual and discrepancy means, and identification of the numbers of participants in each of the cells. We are then available to support planning and implementing strategies to address the identified target as an additional option. | |
