How long it takes.

The entire process can be completed in as little as two to three weeks, depending upon schedules and availability. Once a commitment is made to engage in the Roadmap survey process, an initial hour-long conversation with key people would be needed to identify the core issues for the survey along with the sorts that would be helpful for management to have. We then forward a draft of your customized Roadmap survey to you electronically for review and modification, while you concurrently prepare a list of email addresses of your client participant population. Within that same time frame, a draft cover letter will be shared with you that will capture and announce the purpose for conducting the survey, letting your clients know that you really care about what they think, and that their input will be invaluable in improving the way you provide products and services. We’ll guide you on an incentive offering to increase responsiveness to get you the information you need to grow and improve your business!

Once agreement is reached on the content and verbiage, your Roadmap will be published online with a five-business day return window, followed by an electronic reminder once or twice as agreed. Each client will need approximately 15 to 20 minutes to respond to your Roadmap questions. Your results of your customized Roadmap will then be mailed to you electronically and in hard copy for information sharing so you can better understand what your clients experience, and you can make adjustments and improvements accordingly. You can use the same Roadmap each quarter or change it seasonally or even annually. It’s that simple!
